Smile Education is working in partnership with The Endeavour Multi Academy Trust to recruit a qualified Primary Teacher to provide weekly cover across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 at a welcoming primary school in Burton.
This role involves covering PPA time, staff training courses, and general staff absence, making it ideal for a flexible and confident teacher who enjoys variety and working across year groups.

The Ideal Candidate Will:
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Have recent experience teaching in a UK primary school
  • Be confident teaching across KS1 and KS2
  • Demonstrate strong behaviour management skills
  • Be flexible, proactive, and able to accept morning bookings at short notice
  • Provide a minimum of two references covering the past two years
  • Hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for a new one through Smile Education
