Smile Education is currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teachers to work across a range of welcoming primary schools in the B31 area and surrounding locations.

We have opportunities available for teachers seeking flexible supply work, long-term placements, or permanent roles. This role is suitable for experienced teachers and ECTs.

The Role:
  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons across the primary curriculum
  • Creating a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
  • Assessing and monitoring pupil progress
  • Adapting teaching to meet the needs of all learners
  • Working collaboratively with school staff and support teams
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching in a UK primary school setting
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • A positive, adaptable, and professional attitude
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
