In This Role, You’ll: • Deliver engaging and well-structured Year 3 lessons that support children’s academic and personal development.
• Be paired with experienced mentors to guide your ongoing professional growth.
• Collaborate with Teaching Assistants and Key Stage 2 colleagues to create a positive classroom culture.
• Support the holistic development of pupils in Year 3 through creative and inclusive teaching practices.
• Receive regular feedback and access to CPD to continue developing as an educator.
What We’re Looking For: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE.
• A genuine passion for primary education, particularly in lower Key Stage 2.
• Willingness to learn, reflect, and contribute to a collaborative team.
• Strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff.
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one through Smile Education).
