In This Role, You’ll:
- Teach engaging, pre-planned lessons that support children’s learning and progress.
- Be paired with experienced mentors to guide you through your ECT induction.
- Collaborate with Teaching Assistants and colleagues to create a dynamic classroom environment.
- Support the holistic development of pupils across your chosen key stage.
- Receive regular feedback and CPD to help you thrive in your first teaching role.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE.
- A genuine passion for primary education.
- Willingness to learn, reflect, and work collaboratively.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS, KS1 or KS2 curriculum.
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff.
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one through Smile Education).
