Smile Education are working in partnership with Endeavour Multi Academy Trust, supporting their primary schools across Burton upon Trent and Lichfield. We’re looking for experienced, high-quality primary teachers who are passionate about delivering outstanding lessons and making a real difference to young learners.

The Role:
  • Teach across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 (depending on experience)
  • Work 3 days per week – ideal for those seeking better work-life balance
  • Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons and maintain a positive classroom environment
  • Work collaboratively with school staff across the trust
About You:
  • Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
  • Have strong classroom management and excellent communication skills
  • Confident in delivering the national curriculum
  • Reliable, adaptable and passionate about teaching
  • Experience working in primary schools
