Location: Primary & Secondary Schools, Tamworth
Position: Supply / Short-Term & Long-Term Assignments
Smile Education is looking for enthusiastic and reliable supply teachers to support schools in the Tamworth area. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain varied experience, make a positive impact on pupils, and enjoy flexible work across both short-term and long-term assignments.
Your Role As a Supply Teacher, you will:

Deliver lessons and activities in line with the school’s curriculum plans.
Maintain a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment.
Manage classroom behaviour and ensure pupil engagement.
Adapt quickly to different classroom settings and age groups.
Support school staff in maintaining high standards of teaching and learning.
Uphold safeguarding policies and procedures.

Essential Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Eligible to work in the UK
Experience in teaching at primary teaching (EYFS, KS1 and KS2)
Strong classroom management skills and adaptability
Commitment to safeguarding and pupil welfare
