Smile Education are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Supply Teachers to support schools across Staffordshire, Uttoxeter and surrounding areas. We are looking for flexible teachers who can deliver high-quality teaching across EYFS to KS2.
Whether you are looking for part-time or full-time work, we listen to your preferences and match you with schools that suit your availability, skills and teaching style.

Responsibilities of a Supply Teacher:
  • Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS – KS2 in line with the National Curriculum.
  • Adapt to different classroom environments and follow school policies.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a positive learning atmosphere.
  • Mark and assess pupils’ work where required.
  • Maintain high expectations of pupil progress and achievement.
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Essential.
  • Previous teaching experience within EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching.
  • A genuine passion for education and supporting children’s learning.
