Smile Education are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Supply Teachers to support schools across Staffordshire, Uttoxeter and surrounding areas. We are looking for flexible teachers who can deliver high-quality teaching across EYFS to KS2.

Responsibilities of a Supply Teacher:
- Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS – KS2 in line with the National Curriculum.
- Adapt to different classroom environments and follow school policies.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a positive learning atmosphere.
- Mark and assess pupils’ work where required.
- Maintain high expectations of pupil progress and achievement.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Essential.
- Previous teaching experience within EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching.
