Are you a passionate Primary Teacher looking for flexibility, variety, and the opportunity to make a real difference in schools across Staffordshire?
Smile Education are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Supply Teachers to join our trusted network, supporting a range of wonderful schools in the local area.
Your Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
Adapt quickly to different school environments, following lesson plans and maintaining a positive learning atmosphere.
Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring every child feels safe and supported.
Build strong relationships with pupils and staff, leaving a lasting positive impact in each school you support.
Uphold school policies and promote safeguarding at all times.

Must-Haves:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
Experience teaching within a UK primary school setting.
Strong classroom management and adaptability skills.
A genuine passion for teaching and helping children thrive.
Current DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through Smile Education).
