Locations: Uttoxeter | Stafford | Rugeley | Lichfield and surrounding areas
Are you a passionate Primary Teacher looking for flexibility, variety, and the opportunity to make a real difference in schools across Staffordshire?
Smile Education are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Supply Teachers to join our trusted network, supporting a range of wonderful schools in the local area.
Your Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
  • Adapt quickly to different school environments, following lesson plans and maintaining a positive learning atmosphere.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring every child feels safe and supported.
  • Build strong relationships with pupils and staff, leaving a lasting positive impact in each school you support.
  • Uphold school policies and promote safeguarding at all times.
Must-Haves:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
  • Experience teaching within a UK primary school setting.
  • Strong classroom management and adaptability skills.
  • A genuine passion for teaching and helping children thrive.
  • Current DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through Smile Education).
