Are you a passionate and adaptable Primary Teacher looking for flexible work in Staffordshire? Smile Education is currently recruiting supply teachers to work across Early Years, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2 in a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools.

Your Role Will Involve:

Teaching pre-planned lessons left by the class teacher – no planning required
Managing classroom behaviour confidently and positively
Delivering engaging learning experiences that align with the school’s ethos and curriculum
Adapting quickly to different school environments, year groups, and routines
Maintaining a safe and inclusive classroom where every child can succeed
Building strong professional relationships with pupils and staff
Following each school’s individual policies and safeguarding procedures

What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
Strong classroom presence and the ability to build rapport with students
Recent teaching experience in EYFS, KS1 or KS2 (within the last 2 years ideally)
Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
Flexible and proactive approach to work
