Primary Supply Teacher Responsibilities:
  • Deliver pre-planned lessons across Early Years to Upper Key Stage 2
  • Adapt quickly to different classroom environments and school cultures
  • Maintain positive behaviour and classroom management
  • Follow school policies and procedures, including safeguarding
  • Provide feedback to class teachers and/or SLT when required
  • Support pupils in achieving learning objectives in a fun and engaging way
  • Be a reliable and professional presence within each setting you work in

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • A flexible and proactive approach to teaching
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Experience across EYFS, KS1, and/or KS2

  • The ability to quickly build rapport with pupils and staff
