PPA Primary School Teachers – Leicester - Recruiting through Smile Education

Smile Education is proud to be working in partnership with a well-established Multi Academy Trust in Leicester, recruiting passionate and adaptable PPA Primary School Teachers to work across their welcoming and inclusive schools.

This is an excellent opportunity for qualified teachers who enjoy variety and thrive in different classroom environments. As a PPA Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, providing high-quality cover while class teachers undertake their Planning, Preparation and Assessment time.
The Role:
  • Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of year groups
  • Maintain positive behaviour and strong classroom routines
  • Adapt teaching to meet diverse learning needs
  • Build positive relationships with pupils and staff
  • Uphold safeguarding and school policies at all times
We’re Looking For:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Flexibility and confidence teaching across primary phases
  • A proactive and professional attitude
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
