Smile Education are proud to be working in partnership with the Endeavour Multi Academy Trust who are currently looking for Supply Teachers to teach across their primary schools within Burton-on-Trent. ECTS’ are encouraged to apply.

What will your day look like?
• Delivering pre-planned lessons to the whole class across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
• Managing and supervisor individual and classroom behaviour adhering to the schools’ policies and procedures.
• Creating a positive and safe learning environment for all.
• Effectively marking and assessing children’s work throughout the day.
• Ensuring a clear handover is provided for the returning class teacher.
• Liaising and providing feedback to learners, colleagues and families.
• Maintaining positive, professional relationships.

Successful applicants will:
• Hold a valid UK QTS alongside class teaching experience within a primary school setting.
• Have strong knowledge of the primary school UK curriculum.
• Show to be a positive role model to all.
• Be committed to delivering high quality education to children.
• Have strong and clear communication skills.
