Smile Education is currently recruiting for a flexible and enthusiastic PPA Cover Teacher to work across a welcoming primary school in Dudley. This role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities and is ideal for teachers who enjoy variety and working across different age groups.
The Role:
As a PPA Cover Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of year groups from Nursery through to Year 6. This is a classroom-based teaching role with no planning required, allowing you to focus on high-quality delivery and pupil engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging, pre-prepared lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Adapt teaching styles to suit different age groups and learning needs
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
  • Provide feedback to class teachers where appropriate
What We’re Looking For:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience working within a primary school setting
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Flexibility and confidence teaching across multiple year groups
  • A positive, proactive attitude and commitment to supporting pupil progress
