The Role
They are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic PPA Teacher to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality teaching across the primary age range, providing PPA cover while maintaining consistency, creativity, and high standards of learning.
Key Responsibilities of this PPA teacher:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 as required
- Ensure continuity of learning during PPA cover
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour, achievement, and pupil wellbeing
- Assess pupils’ progress and provide feedback in line with school policies
- Work collaboratively with class teachers and support staff
- Contribute positively to the wider life of the school
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have experience teaching across the primary age range
- Demonstrate strong classroom management skills
- Be adaptable, organised, and confident teaching different year groups
- Share our commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
- Be a positive team player with excellent communication skills
- A friendly, supportive, and dedicated staff team
- A Daily rate varying between £140-180 per day
