Are you passionate about education and eager to make a difference in young lives? Tudor Grange Academy Perdiswell is seeking a dedicated PPA Teacher to join our team via of Smile Education. This exciting opportunity is for Tuesday to Thursday every week until the end of the academic year.

Role Overview: As a PPA Teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting students from Reception through to Year 6. You will step in during Planning, Preparation, and Assessment (PPA) time to deliver engaging lessons, ensuring continuity in the absence of the regular classroom teacher. While most planning will be provided, you'll have dedicated PPA time to tailor lessons to suit the needs of the students and enhance their learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering pre-planned lessons across various year groups, maintaining a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Engaging with students of different ages and abilities, adapting teaching methods as necessary.
• Collaborating with fellow teachers and support staff to ensure seamless delivery of the curriculum.
• Utilising PPA time effectively to assess student progress, plan future lessons, and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Confidence and experience in supporting students from Reception to Year 6.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, colleagues, and parents.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work within a dynamic educational environment.
• Dedication to upholding the highest standards of teaching and learning.
