Full Time | Starting October Half Term
Smile Education are proud to be recruiting on behalf of Bordesley MAT for an enthusiastic and adaptable Middle School Teacher to join their team in Redditch.
This is a full-time role, commencing after October half term, working across a mixed timetable of KS2 and KS3 classes. The successful candidate will be required to teach a range of subjects, providing engaging lessons that support pupils through a key transitional stage of their learning journey.
The Role:
- Deliver high-quality lessons across a variety of subjects at KS2 and KS3.
- Plan, prepare, and assess in line with curriculum expectations.
- Inspire and motivate pupils to achieve their full potential.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the wider school community.
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching across KS2 and/or KS3.
- Strong classroom management and excellent communication skills.
- Flexible, resilient, and passionate about supporting pupils of all abilities.
