Smile Education is proud to be working in partnership with Bordesley Multi Academy Trust to recruit a passionate and adaptable Key Stage 2 Teacher for a Redditch-based middle school. This is a part-time position, teaching on Thursdays and Fridays, starting in September 2025.
The Role: This varied and rewarding timetable includes:
- 2 x Reading lessons
- 3 x French lessons
- 3 x Design Technology (DT) lessons
- 1 x History lesson
- 2 x Computer Games lessons
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching KS2 (Middle school experience desirable)
- Confident delivery across a broad subject range
- Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to maintain a positive classroom environment
- A clear understanding of how to support and differentiate for pupils with SEN
- Enthusiasm, creativity, and a genuine passion for teaching
- A welcoming and supportive middle school environment
- An inclusive school ethos with excellent leadership
