About the Role
You’ll be working closely with your job-share partner to deliver high-quality, engaging lessons for KS2 classes. Planning responsibilities are shared, allowing for collaboration, fresh ideas, and creative approaches to learning.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver inspiring lessons aligned to the KS2 curriculum.
- Support pupils in SATs preparation and their wider personal development.
- Track progress and provide meaningful feedback, ensuring continuity of learning in partnership with your job-share colleague.
- Engage with parents, colleagues, and the wider school community.
- QTS and experience teaching Upper KS2 (ideally Year 5 or 6).
- Knowledge of SATs preparation and primary assessment strategies.
- A collaborative, communicative approach to teaching.
- A positive attitude and the ability to motivate young learners.
- Close partnerships with local schools for the perfect role match.
