This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher with strong classroom presence and excellent behaviour management skills to make a lasting impact across schools within the Trust.
We are looking for someone who can bring energy, creativity, and resilience to the classroom, while enjoying the flexibility of choosing working days that fit around your lifestyle.
Your Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to KS2 pupils, ensuring progress and achievement for all.
Establish and maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning in the classroom.
Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of different learners, including those with additional support needs.
Work collaboratively with other staff and leaders across Endeavour MAT schools.
Promote a positive learning environment where every child feels safe, valued, and inspired to succeed.
Uphold safeguarding and school policies consistently.

What We’re Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching in KS2.
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
Proven ability to engage, inspire, and support learners of all abilities.
Flexibility and resilience to adapt across different year groups and schools.
