Smile Education is proud to be working in partnership with The Endeavour Multi Academy Trust in their search for a dedicated KS2 Class Teacher. This is a great opportunity for an committed teacher to make a real impact in the lives of young people by supporting their education and development on a long-term basis at one of the Trust’s primary schools based in Burton-on-Trent.

The Endeavour Multi Academy Trust is a dynamic and outward-facing organisation that embraces innovation while maintaining a strong commitment to its bespoke academic and vocational curriculums. The Trust thrives on its collaborative partnerships, which enhance the quality of education and opportunities available to all students.

Key Responsibilities:
• Planning and delivering effective lessons for an KS2 class of aproximately 28 students. 
• Collaboratively plan lessons with your year group lead. 
• Monitoring and assessing children’s learning progress and development.
• Marking all work and assessments effectively.
• Providing effective feedback to studnets, parents and families.
• Deliver engaging and effective lessons that meet the needs of all students.
• Maintain strong classroom management to create a positive learning environment.
• Utilise PPA time effectively for planning and preparation.

Applicant requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching in KS2 - preferably upper KS2. 
• Strong knowledge of the priamry school curriculum.
• Excellent classroom management skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Commitment to providing high-quality education and fostering a love of learning.
