Smile Education are proud to be working in partnership with a welcoming, two-form entry primary school in Lichfield to recruit a full-time Early Career Teacher (ECT) for a Key Stage 2 class, starting this September.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated ECT to join a supportive school environment and take on full classroom responsibilities. About the Role:

Planning and delivering effective and engaging lesson plans to the whole class.
Adapting lesson plans and teaching strategies to meet and support all children’s learning needs and abilities.
Managing and supervising classroom behaviour following the schools’ policies and procedures.
Maintaining a strong, positive parent partnership.
Completing reports and assessments focusing on children’s individual learning and development.
Providing clear, effective feedback and marking to learners and their families.
Creating a positive learning environment for all and ensuring strong, professional relationships.
