KS1 Teacher – Primary School in Staffordshire (ST17)
Salary: Paid to Scale
Contract: Full-time
Smile Education are proud to be supporting a welcoming and inclusive primary school in the ST17 area of Staffordshire, who are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS1 Teacher to join their team.

About the Role: 
  • Planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.
  • Creating a positive, stimulating, and safe learning environment.
  • Tracking, assessing, and reporting on pupil progress to ensure every child reaches their potential.
  • Managing classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
  • Attending staff meetings, parent consultations, and contributing to wider school life.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues, teaching assistants, and the leadership team.
  • Leading on assessment and differentiation to support the needs of all learners.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential.
  • Previous experience teaching in KS1.
  • Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
  • Passionate about inspiring young learners and committed to their development.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
