This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated ECT to gain further experience within the schol setting.
About the Role:
- Planning and delivering effective and engaging lesson plans to the whole class.
- Adapting lesson plans and teaching strategies to meet and support all children’s learning needs and abilities.
- Managing and supervising classroom behaviour following the schools’ policies and procedures.
- Maintaining a strong, positive parent partnership.
- Completing reports and assessments focusing on children’s individual learning and development.
- Providing clear, effective feedback and marking to learners and their families.
- Creating a positive learning environment for all and ensuring strong, professional relationships.
- A dedicated consultant who understands and listens to your support needs.
- Interview preparation and support every step of the way from a specialist consultant.

- Hold or awaiting a QTS alongside experience teaching in a KS1/KS2 classroom.
