Are you a passionate and dedicated teacher looking to inspire and support young learners at the start of their educational journey? A welcoming primary school in Rugeley is seeking an enthusiastic KS1 Class Teacher to join their team.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum.
  • Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels supported.
  • Assess, track and report on pupil progress, ensuring every learner reaches their full potential.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to enhance learning opportunities.
  • Uphold high standards of behaviour, safeguarding and pastoral care.
What we’re looking for:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching within KS1 (placements considered for ECTs).
  • Strong knowledge of the KS1 national curriculum.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and classroom management skills.
  • A positive and proactive approach, with a genuine passion for working with children.
