Smile Education is currently recruiting for an Intervention Teacher on behalf of a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Tamworth. This rewarding role is ideal for a passionate educator who enjoys working with small groups and making a direct impact on pupil progress.

About the Role:
  • Delivering focused intervention sessions in Maths and English, primarily across Key Stage 2
  • Creating lesson plans for individual learning groups
  • Working with small groups of pupils to boost attainment and confidence
  • Adapting lessons to meet a range of learning needs
  • Liaising with class teachers and the SENDCO to ensure cohesive support
What We’re Looking For:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Proven experience teaching or delivering interventions in primary education
  • Strong subject knowledge in KS2 Maths and English
  • Patient, enthusiastic and committed to pupil progress
