Role Overview:
- Planning and delivering effective and engaging lessons to the whole class, tailored to the EYFS curriculum.
- Setting class work tasks and homework that cater to the individual needs and interests of each child.
- Completing development assessments and reports to track students' progress and inform future teaching strategies.
- Building strong partnerships with families to support children's learning and well-being.
- Managing and collaborating effectively with a class teaching assistant to ensure a nurturing and supportive learning environment.
We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Valid Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) alongside demonstrable experience teaching in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Exceptional knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and best practices in early childhood education.
- A nurturing and positive demeanor, with a genuine passion for working with young children.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a class teaching assistant.
