Early Years Lead – Primary School SettingWe are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Years Lead to join a welcoming one-form entry primary school on a full-time, long-term ongoing basis.

The Early Years Lead will:
- Lead and oversee the Early Years provision across Nursery and Reception
- Ensure high-quality teaching, learning and assessment in line with EYFS
- Monitor pupil progress and use data to drive improvement
- Support and develop Early Years staff
- Lead curriculum planning and maintain strong practice across the phase
- Build positive relationships with parents/carers and external agencies
- Promote a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Have strong EYFS knowledge and leadership experience
- Be an inspiring, reflective practitioner
- Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills
