The Role We are seeking a dedicated and inspiring EYFS Teacher who will:
- Deliver high-quality early years education, promoting strong foundations in personal, social and emotional development, communication & language, physical development and early literacy and numeracy.
- Plan, assess and adapt learning to meet the varied needs of children, including those with SEND or for whom English is an additional language.
- Foster a love of learning, curiosity, resilience and creativity in our youngest pupils.
- Work closely with colleagues, leadership, parents/carers to ensure consistency of approach, excellent pastoral care, and high standards of achievement.
Person Specification
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Minimum 1 year’s experience teaching in Early Years.
- Strong understanding of EYFS framework, assessment, and best practice.
- Excellent communication skills, both with children and adults.
- Energetic, patient, caring, adaptable and creative.
- Commitment to inclusive education and ensuring equality of opportunity.
