EYFS Phase Leader with English or Maths whole primary lead
Smile Education are currently seeking an EYFS Phase Leader to join a flourishing Primary school in the B9 area. Plus, we are offering a £100 joining bonus for registering with Smile Education in addition to other termly incentives!
We are delighted to be representing this Ofsted rated Outstanding school in the recruitment of an EYFS Phase Leader. The successful applicant will be joining this friendly team from March 2026. This role offers the chance for career progression while maintaining the classroom and teaching aspect of the role. Experienced Class Teachers looking for progression and Senior Leaders looking for a change of pace are encouraged to apply. The successful applicant will be holding TLR in Maths or English.
This is school is located within proximity to Washwood Heath, Hodge Hill, Ward End, Saltley and Birmingham City Centre. The expected salary range for this position is between £180 - £250 per day, dependent on experience level. What to expect from applicants?We would like applicants to have teaching experience wither within the UK or a British International School setting. Experience of holding a TLR in any subject, or proof that you have taken on the additional responsibility of subject leading.

To be successful in your application, you should have experience in one or more of the following:
- Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Knowledge of the UK Primary Curriculum
- Able and willing to travel to the Birmingham area
