Smile Education are working on behalf of a Birmingham based Primary school to assist in the recruitment of a Key Stage 1 Class Teacher. This three-form entry primary situated in south Birmingham currently holds an opportunity for an experienced Class Teacher.
We are currently searching for a KS1 Class Teacher, available from October half-term. This is a long-term role due to last until the end of the academic year. The successful candidate will be working with Year 1 and Year 2. This is a Catholic faith school and applicants should comfortable teaching in a catholic environment. At this time the school are only able to consider experienced Class Teachers who have completed their induction terms. Opportunities exist for successful applicants to hold a TLR in a non-core subject and pathways exist to middle management.

We would like applicants to have Teaching experience either within the UK or a British International School setting. To be successful in your application, you should have experience in one or more of the following
- Hold a relevant teaching qualification with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Knowledge of the UK primary curriculum
- Comfortable teaching in a Catholic environment
- Able and willing to travel to the Birmingham area.
