Are you an Early Career Teacher (ECT) in Dudley looking to build your classroom experience?
Smile Education is looking for enthusiastic and passionate Early Career Teachers to join our supply teaching team across Dudley. This is the perfect opportunity to gain valuable experience in a variety of school settings, from primary and secondary schools to SEN and alternative provision environments.
Whether you want to work full-time or part-time, we can offer flexible supply teaching roles that fit around you. We have opportunities with and without planning responsibilities, as well as PPA cover roles, so you can focus on developing your skills and confidence in the classroom.
