Smile Education is working with a primary school in Coleshill that are looking for enthusiastic and passionate Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to join their supply teaching team.

What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or currently completing your ECT induction
- A genuine passion for teaching and inspiring young people
- Teaching experience within EYFS, KS1, or KS2
- Flexibility and adaptability to work across different year groups
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
- Competitive daily pay (£120–£160)
- Ongoing CPD and career development
- Weekly pay every Friday
- Variety of roles: day-to-day cover, long-term placements and PPA cover
