About the Role We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Day-to-Day Supply Teachers to support a range of primary schools across Droitwich and the surrounding areas, including Bromsgrove, Kidderminster, and Worcester.
This is a fantastic opportunity for qualified teachers who are looking for flexible working arrangements, varied classroom experience, and the chance to make a real difference in local schools.
Assignments may be pre-booked or offered on the morning of cover, and can range from single-day placements to short-term cover.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lessons in line with school planning
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively
- Adapt quickly to new school environments
- Ensure safeguarding and school policies are followed
- Provide feedback to permanent staff where required
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Strong classroom management skills
- Flexibility and reliability
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
- Ability to travel to schools across Droitwich and surrounding areas
- Flexible working to suit your availability
