We are currently recruiting for a BECO (Behaviour and Culture) role within a school setting in Birmingham.
THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced education professional with a strong background in behaviour, inclusion and pupil support.
Essential requirement:
NPQ in Leading Behaviour and Culture (or equivalent relevant NPQ) – essential
The successful candidate will have experience of:
- Leading and supporting effective behaviour strategies
- Working with pupils presenting with challenging or complex behaviour
- Developing positive relationships with pupils
- Supporting staff with behaviour management
- Promoting positive behaviour and engagement
- Working with SEND and vulnerable pupils
- Using consistent, restorative and proactive approaches
- Contributing to a positive whole-school behaviour culture
- Working collaboratively with teachers, SLT and wider pastoral teams
