Salary: £38,000 – £50,000 (dependent on experience)
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are recruiting for a highly skilled and motivated Nursery Manager to lead our established nursery in Stirchley. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced childcare professional with strong leadership skills to take responsibility for the effective management of the nursery and the delivery of outstanding early years education and care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery.
  • Lead, manage, and support staff to deliver high-quality provision in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Ensure full compliance with Ofsted requirements, safeguarding, health & safety, and all relevant statutory frameworks.
  • Drive continuous improvement in standards of care, education, and staff performance.
  • Develop and maintain positive, professional relationships with parents, carers, and external stakeholders.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and occupancy levels to achieve operational and financial targets.
Essential Requirements:
  • A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Early Years (Level 5 or higher desirable).
  • Demonstrable experience in a senior leadership or management role within an early years setting.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of EYFS, Ofsted regulations, and current childcare legislation.
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  • A results-driven approach, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
