Are you a proactive, skilled Site Manager seeking a rewarding opportunity within a dynamic educational environment? Smile Education is representing an SEN school in Wolverhampton searching for a Site Manager to commence as soon as possible. This vital role requires availability between 7am and 6pm due to the diverse activities and responsibilities inherent in maintaining the school's premises. As a key holder, a high level of trustworthiness and reliability is essential.

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the school premises and facilities.
  • Collaborate effectively within a larger site team to ensure a safe and conducive environment for students and staff.
  • Utilise recent experience and expertise to address and repair damaged school items promptly.
  • Manage and coordinate maintenance tasks to uphold the school's operational standards.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across the premises.
  • Recent experience in a similar role, preferably within an educational setting.
  • Availability between 7am and 6pm to accommodate the school's operational hours.
  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a cohesive team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues with school facilities.
  • A proactive approach to maintenance and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
