Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the school premises and facilities.
- Collaborate effectively within a larger site team to ensure a safe and conducive environment for students and staff.
- Utilise recent experience and expertise to address and repair damaged school items promptly.
- Manage and coordinate maintenance tasks to uphold the school's operational standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across the premises.
- Recent experience in a similar role, preferably within an educational setting.
- Availability between 7am and 6pm to accommodate the school's operational hours.
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a cohesive team.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues with school facilities.
- A proactive approach to maintenance and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
