The RoleAs a School Cleaner, you will:- Clean classrooms, offices, corridors, toilets and communal areas.
- Work across different areas of the school on a rotational basis.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Safely use cleaning equipment and materials.
- Support the wider premises team in maintaining a safe environment.
- Report maintenance or health and safety concerns where necessary.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have- Previous cleaning experience (school or commercial cleaning desirable but not essential).
- Excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A reliable, flexible and hardworking approach.
- Good understanding of health and safety procedures.
Requirements- Enhanced DBS Certificate registered on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one through Smile Education.
- Ability to provide a full two years of employment and/or education references.
- Right to work in the UK.
