School Administrator:
This thriving Manchester secondary school are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator with Arbor MIS experience to support day-to-day administrative operations across, including creating timetables.


This is a vital role supporting students and staff with high-quality data management, attendance tracking, enrolment processes, and general administrative duties. You’ll be part of a collaborative, cohesive and friendly team, making a real difference in students’ educational journeys.


School Administrator - Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update student records using Arbor MIS
• Support with attendance data, reporting, and analytics
• Assist with admissions, enrolment, and timetabling
• Manage general administrative duties, phone and email communication
• Work closely with teaching and support staff to ensure accurate data handling
• Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and visitors

 

School Administrator - What We’re Looking For: 

• Proven experience using Arbor MIS
• Previous administrative experience in a school or college setting
• Strong IT skills, especially in data systems and Microsoft Office
• Exceptional organisation, accuracy, and communication skills
• Ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment and work independently
