Are you an organised and enthusiastic administrator ready for your next challenge? We’re working with a well-established school in the BL6 area to recruit a dedicated School Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day running of the school.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a busy, supportive environment where your contribution will help staff, students, and families thrive.

Position: School Administrator
Location: Bolton (BL6)
Pay: £13.83 – £17.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Managing day-to-day office operations and general administration
Maintaining accurate student records, attendance data, and safeguarding information
Acting as a key contact for parents, staff, and external agencies
Providing administrative support to the senior leadership team and teaching staff
Assisting with school finances, resource management, and procurement
Supporting the coordination of school events, communications, and activities
Ensuring compliance with safeguarding policies and school procedures

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Previous experience in a school office or administrative setting
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive, professional approach under pressure
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one through Smile Education)
Familiarity with school systems or SIMS (desirable, but not essential)
