Are you a confident and experienced administrator looking for your next opportunity in the education sector?
We are currently supporting a vibrant and welcoming primary school in the M9 area of Manchester to find a dedicated School Administrator.
This is your chance to play an essential role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of a busy school office while supporting staff, pupils, and parents alike.

Position: School Administrator
Location: Manchester (M9)
Pay: £13.83 – £17.00 per hour (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full-Time

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

Managing general administrative tasks and office operations
Maintaining accurate pupil records, registers, and attendance systems
Acting as a key point of contact for parents, staff, and external agencies
Providing administrative support to the leadership team and teaching staff
Assisting with budgeting, resource management, and financial processes
Supporting the coordination of school trips, events, and activities
Ensuring compliance with safeguarding and educational policies.

We’re Looking For:

Previous experience working in a school office or similar administrative role
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
A calm, professional approach with the ability to multitask under pressure
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through Smile Education)
Experience with school management systems is desirable but not essential.
