Smile Education are proud to be working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive school in Droylsden. We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to join their team on a part-time basis with an immediate start available.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and enjoys contributing to a safe and positive learning environment for pupils and staff.

The RoleAs a School Cleaner, you will:
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the school.
  • Clean classrooms, corridors, offices, toilets, and communal areas.
  • Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
  • Ensure cleaning supplies are used safely and stored correctly.
  • Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
  • Support the school in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Previous cleaning experience (school cleaning experience desirable but not essential).
  • A strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Good time management skills.
  • A positive and professional attitude.
  • Reliability and excellent attendance.
Requirements
  • Enhanced DBS Certificate registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one through Smile Education.
  • Ability to provide references covering the last two years.
  • Availability to work 10 hours per week.
