Join Our Team as an Administrator – Support Education at a Leading Multi Academy Trust Are you organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about making a difference? We're looking for a dedicated Administrator to support the smooth running of a vibrant and high-performing academy within a well-established Multi Academy Trust.

Position: Administrator
Location: Manchester
Salary: £14.00 – £16.00 per hour (dependent on experience)
Hours: Full-time

About the Role As an Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the academy. From managing communications and maintaining records to assisting with HR processes and organising meetings, your contribution will be essential to keeping things running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality administrative support across a range of departments
  • Manage internal and external communications via phone, email, and in person
  • Assist with HR and recruitment administration (experience in HR is a bonus)
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Trust policies
  • Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and school events
  • Support general office duties and day-to-day operations
What We’re Looking For Essential
  • Proven administrative experience (UK-based)
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work proactively and collaboratively in a busy environment
  • A positive, professional attitude
Desirable
  • HR or recruitment administration experience
  • Experience working within an educational setting
