Halesowen – B63
Full-Time or Part-Time
Hours: Flexible (mainly 9:00am–3:00pm available)
Salary: £22,000–£26,000 pro rata (average for Level 3 Practitioner, dependent on hours and experience)

A well-established and welcoming day nursery in the B63 area of Halesowen is seeking a passionate and reliable Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join the team.

Full-time and part-time positions are available, with flexible working patterns. Core hours are mainly 9:00am–3:00pm, although hours may vary to meet the needs of the setting.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive nursery that values high-quality early years education and child development.

The Role
  • Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences
  • Support children’s development in line with the EYFS
  • Plan and contribute to engaging activities
  • Build positive relationships with parents and carers
  • Ensure safeguarding and welfare requirements are met
  • Work effectively as part of a team
Essential Requirements
  • Full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare
  • Experience working within an early years setting
  • Sound knowledge of the EYFS
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare
This role would suit an enthusiastic practitioner who is nurturing, proactive and passionate about supporting young children’s development.
