Nursery Practitioner

Key Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent (Essential)
- Unqualified candidates will not be considered for this role
- Recent experience working with children of preschool age
- Up-to-date knowledge and confident implementation of the EYFS curriculum
- Experience leading small groups and providing 1:1 support
- Ability to cover PPA time every other Thursday (9am–1pm)
- A team player who can work collaboratively as part of a larger early years team
- Must hold a full 12-hour Paediatric First Aid certificate (Essential)
- A supportive and friendly working environment
- Opportunities for increased hours as SEN funding becomes available
