Full-Time or Part-Time
Hours: Mainly 9:00am–3:00pm (flexible)
Salary: £22,000–£26,000 pro rata

A friendly and supportive day nursery in the B63 area of Halesowen is looking for a qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their team. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with flexible hours to suit the setting’s needs.

Role Overview

  • Provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children
  • Support development across all areas of the EYFS
  • Plan and deliver engaging activities
  • Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Maintain safeguarding and welfare standards
  • Work collaboratively within a professional team
Requirements
  • Level 3 qualification in Childcare (essential)
  • Experience working in an early years setting
  • Strong knowledge of EYFS principles
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare
