Smile Education is recruiting passionate, experienced Level 3 EYFS Practitioners to support welcoming primary schools and Early Years settings across Grimsby and the surrounding areas.

Opportunities available:

• Nursery and Reception support across EYFS settings.
• Supporting children aged 2–5, depending on experience and qualifications.
• Delivering engaging, play-based learning activities.
• Supporting communication, language, independence and early development.
• Providing additional support for children with SEN.
• Flexible day-to-day supply and longer-term placements.

What we're looking for:

• A UK-recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification, ideally recognised as full and relevant for EYFS staff-to-child ratios.
• Previous experience working in Nursery, Reception or Early Years settings.
• A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
• Confidence supporting children's communication, learning and emotional wellbeing.
• Experience creating safe, engaging and inclusive learning environments.
• A caring, enthusiastic and proactive approach.
• Flexibility to work across different primary schools and Early Years settings.

Essential requirements:

• UK-recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Proven experience working with children in Early Years.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Enhanced child workforce DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for a new DBS.
• Satisfactory professional references and completion of safeguarding checks.
