Are you a qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner looking for a rewarding role in Hull?
Smile Education is recruiting passionate, experienced Level 3 EYFS Practitioners to support welcoming primary schools and Early Years settings across Hull.

What we're looking for:
- A UK-recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification, ideally recognised as full and relevant for EYFS staff-to-child ratios.
- Previous experience working in Nursery, Reception or Early Years settings.
- A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
- Confidence supporting learning through play, communication, independence and early development.
- A caring, proactive and enthusiastic approach.
- Flexibility to work across different school settings in Hull.
- £95–£100 per day PAYE, with no umbrella company deductions.
- Flexible opportunities to suit your availability.
- Access to a range of local primary schools and Early Years settings.
- A dedicated recruitment consultant who understands your experience and career goals.
- Opportunities to secure regular and longer-term placements.
- £200 teacher referral bonus and £100 support staff referral bonus when your referral completes 10 qualifying working days.
- Relevant UK-recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- Proven experience in an Early Years setting.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Enhanced child workforce DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for a new DBS.
- Satisfactory professional references and safeguarding checks.
