We are looking to recruit a Sports Coach to cover the Secondary Schools in the area. The role can be offered on a full-time or part-time basis.
We are currently seeking a Sports Coach to join based in Melton Mowbray, Loughborough and Leicestershire. This role is ideal for any graduates from a sports related degree or coaches with significant experience working with children or young adults. The successful applicant will be supporting pupils from Year 7 through to GCSE level. Working alongside experienced PE Teachers and delivering pre-planned lesson content. This role is ideal for anyone who may be considering teacher training options, allowing you to gain first hand classroom-based experience before committing to a route of study. But is also a fantastic change of pace for any experienced coaches looking for a new challenge.
What to expect from applicants?
We would like applicants to be either a recent graduate from a sport based route of study, graduating from 2022 onwards. Or be an experienced coach with a significant work history based around supporting children or young adults.
To be successful in your application, you should have experience in one or more of the following:
- A recent graduate (from 2022 onwards) from a sports related route of study. Or an experienced sports coach with a background in supporting children or young adults.
- Confident in managing practical sports activities while working with large groups of pupils
- A genuine interest in working within a school setting and supporting pupils within PE
