PPA Primary School Teachers – Mowbray Education Trust (Melton Mowbray)

Are you an enthusiastic and adaptable primary teacher looking for a flexible and rewarding role? Mowbray Education Trust and Smile Education are seeking dedicated PPA (Planning, Preparation and Assessment) Primary School Teachers to work across our vibrant and supportive schools in and around Melton Mowbray. I am interested in teachers who can commit to one day through to five days a week.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a forward-thinking trust committed to delivering high-quality education and positive outcomes for every child. As a PPA Teacher, you will provide high-quality teaching across year groups, ensuring continuity of learning while class teachers undertake their PPA time.

The Role:

  • Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
  • Adapt quickly to different classes and learning needs
  • Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff and senior leaders
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Strong classroom management skills
