About You: We are seeking a qualified teacher who:

  • Holds, or is willing to undertake, the National Award for SEN Coordination
  • Has a deep understanding of the SEND Code of Practice, EHCP processes and person-centred planning
  • Can lead and inspire staff, monitor progress rigorously, and develop high-impact interventions
  • Believes in every child’s right to a fully inclusive and ambitious education
