About You: We are seeking a qualified teacher who:
- Is an experienced SENDCo or an aspiring SEND leader with substantial classroom experience
- Holds, or is willing to undertake, the National Award for SEN Coordination
- Has a deep understanding of the SEND Code of Practice, EHCP processes and person-centred planning
- Can lead and inspire staff, monitor progress rigorously, and develop high-impact interventions
- Believes in every child’s right to a fully inclusive and ambitious education

Position Details:- Role: Full Time SENDCo
- Location: Birmingham (easily accessible by public transport)
- Contract: Permanent
- Salary: MPS/UPS + TLR (depending on experience)
- Start Date: September 2025 (or earlier by negotiation)
